Post, packing and delivery
All items come in a complementary organza gift bag
Standard delivery charge is £2.00 for transactions up to £25, up to £46 is £3.00. Anything more expensive will need to be covered by special delivery which costs £5.90. Please request your total if you are not sure as the weight of items can mean this is less or more impacting the total cost and I will send you an invoice. All items are posted Royal Mail 1st class, and I aim to post within 3 days of your order. If items cost significantly less to post, I will refund excess postage back through paypal.
I don't normally post outside the UK but please contact me if you would like this and I will calculate what charges would apply.
Goods that are sent via Royal Mail cannot be classed as lost or missing until 15 working days after the date of despatch. In instances where goods are delayed in transit, I suggest you do the following:
Please note: all orders are sent to the address given to us by the customer, as entered by the customer. If you have moved recently and are paying via Paypal, then please ensure your new address is registered with Paypal prior to placing your order, as Yarn Hill Crafts cannot be responsible for orders going astray due to being sent to a previous address. If the delivery address given to us by the customer is incorrect, Yarn Hill Crafts are not liable for any losses.
Returns
I want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is a problem, items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Please ensure you contact me in advance of this, and include with the returned item information detailing your name, address, order number and reason for return. Please also specify whether you require an exchange or refund. Refunds will be given within 30 days.
Unless items are faulty, damaged or not as specified on your order acknowledgement, you will be responsible for the cost of returning goods. I recommend using recorded delivery to ensure proof of delivery. Non faulty item refunds are dependent on the items being returned in a sellable condition and return postage will not be covered by myself.
Bespoke/personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty and earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

I accept Paypal payments which is a safe and secure payment method.
You can place your order through PayPal's secure server using your credit or debit card without becoming a PayPal member

- contact your local sorting office to ensure they have no parcel for you. It is also advisable to check with neighbours, and the normal “safe” areas where your postal worker would normally leave packages.
